My laptop webcam doesn't have cool effects like others, is there a way to get them?

I have a gateway and the effects on my webcam arent cool. i want the mirror effect, and the cool one where it splits into four screens with four different colors. i think they are on mac computers and theres some cool ones on dells. is there any way i can download those effects or software [...]
